ARK Spirometer is an exerciser for both inhalation and exhalation improving respiratory capacity. The objective is to raise the ball to the top and to maintain its position there.

Easy to adjust, the flow dial can be adjusted to increase respiratory effort. The ball provides visual feedback for motivation.

Made of light weight, durable latex FREE plastic. Comes with a standard mouthpiece and ARK's 3/8 children's mouthpiece for those smaller mouths. Also included are instructions and a tracking form( these can be copied for additional copies).

KIT NOW COMES WITH A FREE NOSE CLIP! Extra hose and mouthpieces are available separately.
