Guarantee of Satisfaction
DysphagiaPlus products are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. If something goes wrong or you are not satisfied, call us and arrange to return the item for repair or replacement. We are interested in a relationship, not a sale. If you have a problem with any of our products, contact us and we will make it right.
Should any DysphagiaPlus LLC product fail to perform, we will replace or repair the product. A refund of the purchase price may also be deemed appropriate, excluding shipping and handling costs. These are the sole and exclusive remedy for any failure of any of DysphagiaPlus LLC products to perform as warranted. These remedies of replacement or refund shall also constitute liquidated damages in case of a loss. Under no circumstances shall the buyer be entitled to any other remedy or damages; remedies for special, incidental, and consequential damages are specifically excluded.
DysphagiaPlus LLC warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects and are suitable for use for their described purpose. Unfavorable and harmful consequences may result because of such factors as improper use of the product or use without consultation with a healthcare professional. To the extent DysphagiaPlus LLC has no control over the manner in which others may use purchased products; we are not responsible for said consequences. Nor do we guarantee favorable therapeutic results as results vary with patient’s medical status, clinician competence, etc. All such risks shall be assumed by the buyer.
