Left Visual Inattention Workbook

This workbook contains a complete, sequenced therapeutic program for adults who tend to neglect the left visual field as a result of having had an injury, such as a stroke, to the right hemisphere of the brain. The binder format allows you to remove pages for clients to complete activities using water-based or transparency markers. Pages are laminated for reuse.

This workbook provides stimulating activities to use while training the client in the compensatory strategies necessary for fractional visual scanning skills. Activities range in difficulty from simple "search and see" tasks to complex compensations required for functional reading tasks. A data collection sheet is provided to decrease documentation time.
