Thermo-Stim

With its excellent cold retention, the Thermo-Stim is a superb devise for the application of thermal stimulation to all oral motor structures. It is particularly useful for the clinician working toward eliminating or minimizing pharyngeal phase dysphagia.

This item is made of spun stainless steel with a baked thermal handle protector. Thermo-Stim was designed for Adult/Geriatric clients (9”L), as well as Pediatric clients (5 ¼”L). Safe for autoclaving and dishwasher. Thermo-Stim may be re-used with other clients.

Avoid bite reflex issues with soft Bite Guards. These cushions slide over the Thermo-Stim shaft, protecting teeth from damage. Sized accordingly with Thermo-Stim, this piece should be used with one client only, and washed after each use with warm soapy water. Replace after two to three weeks. Wrapped individually, 10/pk.
