Whistle Lips make a fun siren sound by holding these between the front teeth and blowing.

Use two Whistle Lips, one for you and one for the child for a social interactive experience. You can vary the loudness level by decreasing or increasing airflow. Push the tongue against the mouthpiece to pulsate the sound.
